I had issues with my boiler leaking which then had to have a new part. Once it was fixed the heating wasn’t working when I got back from work Friday (panic stations). Being a Saturday it would have been likely for me to have had to wait till Monday for an Engineer to come out. Luckily Faye made some phone calls and within an hour a polite gentleman came around and fixed it for me. I now have hot radiators and not sat in a fridge. Great customer service from Faye and the rest of the team.

We were with Martin&Co 2 years ago and left as circumstances changed meaning we needed a different size property and when our tenancy was ending we headed straight back to these guys as our old property was back out on the market - so here we are back with this amazing letting agents, fabulous staff, professional and so friendly and back in our old place ♥️ Any problems with our property are sorted out promptly and problems are never to big and they are always there at the end of the phone.
