I found dealing with Chloe and Gwen quite unprofessional. Went to view a house, put my offer and then I chased 4 times and some reason they never call me back and the landlord never responds to them? …
One of Yankie Jaffe boards ( house sales) came off the wall causing damage to my car. I have sent numerous emails and phone calls to be completely ignored!! I sent pictures of the damage as Yankie requested weeks ago and he has ghosted me!! Ignores my emails and does not answer or return calls. If this is Yankies bussiness values I wouldn’t touch this company. I am out of pocket for damage which was not my fault and he has insurance for but chooses to not be a decent human being and sort out this issue.
I would not recommend Hackney & Leigh under any circumstances. There are significantly better and more professional estate agents available in Kirkby Lonsdale. Hackney & Leigh from start to finish of the whole process simply lacked the necessary professionalism, courtesy and overall customer service you would expect of a well established estate agents. The team at Kirkby Lonsdale constantly failed to keep me informed of the progress of my property sale: especially concerning enquiries from our buyers. They failed to answer direct questions via email & instead answered with the generic catch all of 'we can only apologise'. Under the banner of 'you just couldn't make it up...' - they even failed to inform me the sale had not completed on the agreed date (due to them failing to pass on queries the buyers had asked, which had not been forwarded to me and thus were unanswered). I had to call them the following day to find out what happened. "We can only apologise" (again) was their inadequate response. In summary: I would 100% not recommend - there are better, more professional and more effective estate agents around.
I am really disappointed with this lot. The staff are pleasant enough, but like many estate agents, they try and shaft you at the end of tenancy. We had to get a cleaner in when WE moved in, and there was crap all over the garden. I seem to remember the fridge and freezer were full of food, and the oven was grim. We let it go at the time. We were forced to move a couple of weeks before Christmas, but we still managed to get an end of tenancy cleaner in. The house was spotless when we left, as confirmed by H&L, yet they want their greasy hands on our deposit. Blaming... the garden. All we left was the junk that the landlord left!
Avoid!!!! So rude and such bad customer service. Phoned up to enquire about rentals to speak to a lady who was very abrupt and so unhelpful and hung up when I was explaining what I was looking for. Very disappointing as really keen on some …
We have used their service twice and both times we are very disappointed. When we went to their office, they just wrote down the postcode of the available rent flat on a piece of paper and told us to come and see the flat.but every time they …
I had a very disappointing experience with Frost Partnership in Gerrards Cross. I found a property I was interested in and initially made a lower offer, which was refused. After considering the situation, I increased my bid, and was told by their agent, Sonia Chin See, that the seller would accept a higher but reasonable amount. However, when I later submitted a slightly increased offer, Sonia told me it would most likely be refused and then denied ever stating that the seller would accept the previous figure. This was a blatant lie, as she had clearly informed me earlier that the seller was open to it. Throughout the process, I found Sonia to be arrogant, unfriendly, and even aggressive, making communication unnecessarily difficult. To add to the frustration, by the end of the week, she claimed that the seller no longer wanted to sell the property, which seemed very suspicious. I believe there is a possibility that she was not accurately conveying my offers to the seller, which raises serious concerns about the professionalism and integrity of the service I received. Overall, it was an extremely unprofessional experience, and I would not recommend dealing with Frost Partnership if you're looking for transparency and honest communication.
I wouldn’t be fooled by the five-star reviews, probably paid or fake reviews. This company is absolutely revolting in terms of morals, values and ethics. Never have I met such sexist estate agents. They lie through their teeth and have no remorse for the mental struggle. Especially by John himself, will never use it again.
Stay clear of this estate agent. Dodgy dealings throughout the entire process. Refused to price property according to market expectations, refused reasonable offers without consulting and now i am left with a property that i am unable to sell for a reasonable price.
