I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this estate agent. Their communication was abysmal, as they failed to respond to my emails and provided false information about viewings. What's worse, they accepted an offer on my property without consulting me, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism and disregard for my wishes. I would strongly advise against using their services, as their actions were untrustworthy and disrespectful which leads to questionable integrity !

Terrible agency, avoid at all costs, complete waste of time. We've rented a quite expensive flat through them: - They took a part of our deposit as rent arears and refused to provide any calculations, despite the fact that all rent payments were made on time. Raised the dispute with TDS now. - The hole in the wall after new gaz boiler installation - agents did not bother checking after their contractors did the job. And they did not even bother to say sorry after I discovered this and forced them to have it fixed using Gas Safe Register. Do not risk your and your family lives renting through Frost. - They did not bother to keep us in the loop on why our rental agreement is not getting signed by the landlord - they started doing smth only after I sent them URGENT emails requesting reservation deposit to be paid back if they do not want to proceed. - No maintenance, they just ignored all our requests (shower head is broken, other shower valve did not work, broken ventilation in the bathroom, broken shower door, wardrobe door laminates detaching, toilet flush button that is always stuck and need to be carefully pulled from the wall to stop water, window seals leaking cold air) - Disgusting state of carpets on check in, they had to order cleaners after check in and we had to wait for them to do their job.

Unfortunately they didn't provide the service they promised and even had staff who we caught openly lying to us.

I was really disappointed in the Lettings agent, she said she would speak to the landlord about our offer and some questions we had. Unfortunately she never called or emailed back. We called a few times over two days but she never took our call or returned it. I found this really unprofessional on her part.

This company should be ashamed of themselves. Their work ethic’s are questionable and forget data protection. It’s a joke . Im devastated at their behaviour towards me .

Booked an appointment they never turned up.If I could give a minus I would.

Wanted to charge £100 just to value the house! Hanging the charges in nice and early! why use them when others will do it for free?

Awful, avoid at any cost. Rude agent. Theres plenty of other agents available. Don't think you are special or unique in any way.

So unprofessional and lacks communication. Had an appointment for a house viewing , rang their office as their agent was already 10 minutes late. The guy from the office told me that he don't think anyone is available and he will try to contact this certain guy and should be at the property ASAP. No body came and I was so disappointed I left after half an hour of waiting as I felt like I was just wasting my time. They could have contacted me earlier to cancel or reschedule my viewing. I didn't hear anything from them after, not a call back or email. So unprofessional.

To any one wishing to let through this company I would really consider thinking twice as when we first moved in all seemed ok but then things started to full apart and that’s when it all became no boiler for at least two months Electrics getting wet to to a roof leak which was left months and we lost belongs and mr Jones literally said to me well you don’t need that room , even no we pay for it. Then the extractor fans never worked so then the water started coming through then and been months sorting that out been a fight after a fight. The fire brigade has to turn of lights etc and fuse box to stop and issue as the kitchen one did smoulder have proff and reports..
