we were very pleased with your agent he was on time and explained as much as he could on the questions..... the property needs a new combi boiler the front door needs either repair or replace the side gate needs replacing as does the decking very slippery kitchen unit wood effect peeling off no EPC the bungalow next door which you are agents for is on the market for 145k so 190k for number 19 the pines is excessive imo lack of outdoor space at the back of the property so no were to hang out washing the owners were heavy smokers as shown on the stained walls so all in all not as impressed with the viewing the photos made it look better than it was taking everything into account i would offer 160k which is 15 k more than the next door i do not think this will be accepted.

From beginning to end the team at Lovelle in Gainsborough were fantastic. As first time buyers the process can be quite overwhelming at times however the team at Lovelle made the move really straightforward and quick. Kept us in the loop with what was happening on a regular basis and made sure we were always kept informed towards the end of the process in regards to exchange and completion.
