Bayley who works here at the Gainsborough Branch has shown myself and my disabled mum around a house a few days ago! Although she was struggling he was so supportive and helped both of us to see the house and look round at ease! He told us so much information when asking questions and Lovelle even followed up with a call to see if everything was okay. It was a very top customer service and I cannot fault them in anyway!
