To buy our new home was a great motivation to by mollie and fiona at Gainsborough branch. It's really worth it in the end. Thanks to all the team in Gainsborough branch for your support all through the process.

I recently had DDM inspect my apartment, and I couldn't be more impressed with their thoroughness and professionalism! From start to finish, their team was punctual, knowledgeable, and incredibly detailed in their inspection. They took the time to explain each step of the process and provided clear, easy-to-understand feedback about the condition of the property. What really stood out to me was their commitment to quality. They didn’t just glance over things—they inspected every nook and cranny, from plumbing to electrical systems to potential safety hazards. It gave me a great sense of peace of mind, knowing that no stone was left unturned. Their report was extremely comprehensive, complete with photos and clear recommendations for any issues that needed attention. The team at DDM made sure I understood all the findings, and they were always available to answer any follow-up questions. If you’re looking for a top-tier inspection service, I highly recommend DDM. Their expertise and attention to detail truly set them apart, and I felt completely confident in their hands!

Fiona at DDM in Gainsborough has been absolutely wonderful during our sale and purchase! She was always supportive, communicative and willing to rattle a sabre or two with solicitors when needed! I can't rate her and the DDM team at Gainsborough highly enough! If we are mad enough to move again, I'd not hesitate in asking DDM to handle it for us. Thanks Fiona, you absolute star!

Having just come through a trying time of selling my house I felt I should compliment DDM on their determination and constant perseverance to help me through this time. Our house sale and purchaser was far from simple and stress-free but Fiona at DDM Gainsborough, made it easier with her fantastic communcation skills and empathy. Fiona kept in constant communication, and went above and beyond to try and help us over months and months!! Whilst she was away, she passed us over to her Colleague Mollie - who was just as good. Although, it was hard work and extremely stressful, I couldnt recommend them enough. Thankyou!!
