DDM Residential Gainsborough

Katie at the Gainsborough office found a buyer within 24 hours of my rental property being vacated! Amazing service, she obviously knew what her buyer was interested in and matched my property to his needs instantly. I'm hoping it all goes through smoothly but can't fault the service so far. Thank you!

Very helpful and professional both Katie and Natalie.

Helpful people, keep the communication going and you fully informed. First time I have used the company and so far so good.

A very professional service by Katie over and above what you expect these days . thank goodness some is able to make solicitors talk to each other. That deserves a gold STAR.

Just completed on a New house purchase through Katie and Natalie at DDM in Gainsborough. They made the whole process very smooth and replied very quickly to any questions raised. Very professional and friendly.

Very helpful and gave up to date information.

Katie at DDM Residential was so informative and kept me up to date almost every week of our long 5 month process of buying a house. She was always so friendly and lovely on the phone which is comforting if you're a nervous first time buyer like I was! If ever I had to sell my house I would definitely go through DDM.

DDM helped us to purchase our first home. Monique was extremely helpful at the beginning of the process explaining things and giving updates regularly. We then had Mike take over towards the end of the process due to changes with Covid-19. He was also really helpful, he regularly kept in touch giving updates either via phone call or text. Both agents was really professional but also friendly and approachable. They was both just really helpful through the process and we cannot thank them enough for all their help!

Could not have asked for anything more from DDM! They knew we'd found our dream home to buy so came round within 24 hours to get ours on the market. We had viewings within a day and had multiple offers by the end of the first week! great communication from all of them, big thank you to Kiah, Monique and Claire for keeping me sane during sales progression! Then lockdown happened...Claire was brilliant, still kept us updated and made sure we could move, safely and keeping to the applicable rules so the chain didnt collapse. thank you all very much sending virtual chocolates flowers and prosecco!xx
