DDM Residential Gainsborough

I have today completed a purchase with DDM, from the initial enquiry back in November they have all been very informative and helpful. Katie and Natalie providing weekly updates on the stage of the purchase. I would highly recommend then and regret not making my sale through them.

Can't praise DDM and their staff enough. They were super helpful finding us and our daughter homes during lock down. They are always cheerfully, helpful and professional. They knew just what we wanted and found it. Having been in the house 6 months now, they have continued to provide excellent service liaising between us and the property owners, when we needed work done or wanted to change any. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I would strongly recommend them for tenants and landlords alike.

First time dealing with DDM for a house purchase and I cannot fault the service. Communication is fantastic and nothing is too much trouble x

Best estate agent we've used efficient, great advertising, board and a quick sale even in lockdown, always kept us up to speed definitely recommend 5*

Very helpful and professional. Our house was sold after being on the market for around 4 weeks. I was then updated regularly on the progress of the sale right up until completion date. Would recommend to others.

Excellent service! Cant thank Katie enough!! Very professional! We weren’t even selling our house with DDm we were purchasing from them , but they helped no end! Phoned with updates, chased people and kept us sane at testing times ... would highly recommend them 💕✨🥰

Great help and advice from DDM especially Darryl and Jamie. They kept us updated through the process with feedback after a viewingThanks Guys

Fantastic sales team at Brigg branch who could not have been more helpful and communicative. Special mention owed to Alex for her role securing the home of our dreams.

Thanks to katie and natalie at ddm gainsborough for selling our property. This was a difficult sale with the property not being in the best condition and the location a remote village. However they managed to pull it off under very difficult circumstances. And they also achieved the asking price for the property. Well done to both of you. And good luck to the lovely family who are moving in today. Previously i also used DDM to rent my house out so i can recommend them to any purchaser/seller or landlord. All services are provided inhouse and we also used their recommended solicitor which took a lot of the stress away from us. With thanks. Have a happy christmas and a happy new year. Keep safe all.
