Phil was fantastic throughout our property sale. Not only was he communicative with us, he was dealing with a relatively complex chain, taking time to liaise with all the parties including solicitors and agents. He managed the process incredibly well, keeping us up to date. Phil even went above and beyond by helping us out at the last minute to move a few things. I would highly recommend Phil for your property sale or purchase.

I’ve been a tenant with London Shared for just under two weeks now, and they’ve already made a really good first impression on me. They’re very responsive and on the ball with both maintenance and communication. In particular, my property manager Gareth has been great.
