Even your own independent check out report said the flat was clean As for the the 'independent' adjudicator, they awarded you the deposit by default and not in agreement as their all important email went straight to junk mail which was asking to send the proof in via email rather than through the website. They do not reply to you. They also tell fibs about property being available. If they decide they don't like you they lie and say a property isn't available but it is.

My sister was made to feel very uncomfortable when a very inappropriate comment was made to her during viewing of this property from a male estate agent. Do not go alone to viewings.

Avoid like the PLAGUE. Overcharging and bullying of tenants. Renting out properties that shouldn’t legally be rented due to health concerns such as black mould and damp. Disregard to the well-being of their tenants and only show loyalty to the landlord. Still trying to charging check in and out fees and more despite the new Tenancy Act being passed as of June.
