Excellent and highly professional service. We were seeking a rental property and viewings were arranged quickly, with a friendly and knowledgeable member of staff (Phoebe) in attendance. We liked the house, so applied for it ... 12 days later we moved in !

Julie and Phoebe from Martin and Co Folkestone have been absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process. I cannot fault a single thing, they communicated with us daily as well as going out of their way to help us speed up the process of an early release. 10/10 for these ladies!

The team here are extremely helpful and responsive. Phoebe carried out my viewing and was absolutely lovely and very happy to answer any questions I had about the property. Julie handled the collection of my keys, she was absolutely incredible and made sure I was well informed as I am a first time renter. The team has been wonderful. Phoebe and Shelley explained the entire process before the move-in, making my application process seamless. They were so patient and always available. Now that I’ve moved in, Diane always answers my calls and explains things to me, even when I call multiple times a day because I’m confused, as this is my first time renting on my own. She is always patient and happy to help. The team has been amazing and has made the process much easier. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a hassle-free pre-move-in and property management experience.

Thoroughly professional in all aspects of the tenant find process and the cost is excellent value for money. All staff were fully up to date with current legislation and nothing was too much trouble. From photos to tenant moving in was 24 days. First class.
