This is the second time Phil from Country Properties has been involved in the conveyancing of my property. Last time he acted for the vendor and this time for me as the selling agent. I’ve never been a fan of estate agents. In the past when I’ve used them they seem to provide a fairly cold service where you can’t help but think the only winner is them. When selling our rental property recently we initially tried Purple Bricks but they provided a terrible service, missing potential appointments and little communication. We then turned to Country Properties, Flitwick, and I must say, they have impressed me no end. They seem an established, friendly team with good local knowledge so were able to advise, guide and sometime prod us through to a successful completion, with a sale price that exceeded our expectations, rare in this current climate.
