Thank you for your review. When you first enquired about the property, a member of our team explained the situation in full so expectations were clear from the outset. A viewing was then booked in for you, however unfortunately you did not attend the appointment. On the day of the viewing we attempted to contact you by phone call, left a voicemail, and also sent a text message, but did not receive any response. Due to the high level of interest in the property, it was therefore offered to another applicant. We always aim to be transparent, fair, and responsive, and we are sorry that you feel disappointed.
