However I am happy to say that my dealings with Harris & Co have always been pleasant and hassle free. I find Harriet to be courteous and professional to deal with. I wouldn't normally write a review whilst I am still in the process of the transaction, however I felt it important to add my own comments even during. I found a property that I wanted to see, it was up with 2 different agents. The first I contacted only actually made contact with me 2 weeks after my enquiry, Harris & Co were able to arrange virtually around me and took into consideration the 80 miles I had to travel. The agent was kind and professional, did not push or anything. Answered all the questions and confirmed everything. We left happy. During the following week we had some questions arise and so contacted the office again for a second viewing (despite putting an offer in already) and again they were happy to accommodate and Harli came out this time and again was a pleasure to deal with I find they have been professional at every level, emails are always answered and they have continued to keep me updated. I have no bad words to say about them at all.

Fantastic agent. Proactive, organised and and reliable. Tried a few local agents as there are a lot of very bad ones in this neck of the woods but Harris & Co absolutely brilliant. James Harris the director leads an excellent operation and never seems to stop working. Olivia Benson who runs the lettings manages the day to day and does an equally good job, very good team here. Highly recommend to any landlord.
