Having never previously sold a property through the Auction Process at first I was very hesitant, but my fears were short lived. Vicki James from the Llangefni office was most professional in all areas including fully explaining the Auction process, formulating the guide / reserve price, keeping me updated on customer viewing's etc. I must also mention Jamie @ Charlotte from the Holyhead office who kindly undertook all of the viewings. Needless to say I would not hesitate to recommend Williams Goodwin all Wales Auction department to other owners / potential purchasers.

I've been a Tennant with the company for nearly 3 years and look forward to being a continued Tennant at a different property with the same company, they are extremely helpful and polite and deal with any and all issues quickly and professionally and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a property.

Excellent service from the get go. The agent arrived at the property, valued it very competitively and had a full portfolio of similar properties for sale in the area. He pitched the agency, gave me many reasons to believe Harris were the correct agency to go with and was polite and respectful. Not pushy but an excellent salesperson. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly, convincing and continued to deliver a high standard of service. Happy to go with a local agent as well.

Joe and his team were absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process of selling my house. They handled everything professionally, and the property sold extremely quickly. Courtney was an excellent point of contact and it was easy to speak to the team whenever I wanted, about anything. Thoroughly recommended.
