Just changed over to H&co and I can’t recommend them anymore From start to finish everything was explained we had our welcome back hand delivered from a extremely polite young man Even though I took so long to answer the door, I was sorting a barbecue in the garden he was extremely polite and had a good sense of humour. Also again from start to finish from speaking to numerous people on the phone I could say that the ratings are clearly accurate especially when Stuart introduced himself with an arranged visit and explained everything to us along with any problems or issues we may have, very happy to be with a company that values their clients 100% from us!
