Exceptional customer service We booked a Harris & Co apartment for an event we were planning to attend at Easter next year. Unfortunately the event was cancelled so we no longer needed the apartment. I contacted Harris & Co via the AirBnB messaging system and I had a reply in minutes. Beth was extremely helpful in advising me how to do the cancellation via the AirBnB system and how the refund would be administered. Having stayed in a beautiful Harris and Co apartment previously and now experiencing this great level of customer service I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending a Harris and Co apartment.

We stayed in the sandpiper and had a wonderful experience. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It felt very homely with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The space was well maintained and had a great layout, making it easy to settle in. The location was convenient and made getting around simple. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return or recommend it to others. Second time I came with friends and brought the family back!! Host was so helpful as well!! Will deffff be back

I called up Harris and Co to book a load of bookings to view properties on 28/05/26. I spoke to Gemma who was very professional/polite and helpful. When I arrived at the property 15 minutes early Emma was there waiting for me already. Again …

Practically perfect in every way! The property has a great look from the outside, and a very positive first impression from the first very friendly and professional contact with Beth, through to departure. The keysafe box makes security, access and departure very easy. The entrance hall is very smart, clean and modern. (Most apartments are accessed by steep-ish stairs only) Access via biometrics and a code is great too. The Oystercatcher apartment may be small but it was a perfect size for sole occupancy or a couple, for one or a few nights. (Personally I could live there quite happily!) It is very bright, scrupulously clean, modern and inviting. The bedroom is a good size with both a good sized wardrobe and lots of drawers with a large mirror on top. A large window with good wooden slats that kept out all of the light. The lounge /diner / kitchen was an adequate size, with two large windows with privacy wooden shutters that were immaculately clean. Again it was modern, clean, contemporary and very well equipped. The largish sofa with cushions was very comfortable. A large TV with freeview and all the channel apps was brilliant. There is a dining table and chairs, atop with very useful maps, and even games! The highlight for me was the very modern, immaculate kitchen! (I wanted to cook for myself and this was a pleasure!) I was so impressed at how well equipped it is, with spotless glassware, crockery, cutlery, cooking equipment and utensils. The drawer contents were immaculately laid out! A full size larder fridge with ice box. The cooker has a very safe halogen hob. The bathroom is fabulous! A huge walk in double shower, beautifully decorated. A powerful shower with plenty of hot water and lovely free toiletries. Beware that there isn’t anywhere to hang your towel or robe while you’re showering! A large two-drawer vanity unit and basin gives great storage. There is no shaver socket which was a shame. Again it was scrupulously clean. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Just returned home from an amazing 4 day get away at ‘Stay be the sea’. As a hen do party of 12, the property is well equipped, spacious and perfect for hosting. Lots of seating so we were able to all be together when eating etc, huge bedrooms and super comfy beds. Large bathrooms and lovely hot showers. 2 parking spaces directly out the front which was a bonus and 2 min walk to car park on the front for any extra cars. The location is fantastic, in between south and central pier and almost directly on the promenade made it easy to get about, plus a tram stop almost opposite made it even better. So pleased we booked this place, it made our stay all the more memorable. Big shout out to Beth who was always at the end of the phone for any questions or messages and was super prompt at answering. Can’t recommend ‘stay by the sea’ enough!
