Having recently purchased a property in Amersham through The Frost Partnership, I am significantly indebted to Andrew Holdsworth, their agent acting on behalf of our vendor. It seems axiomatic to state that he was professional for, in my opinion, he went beyond the usual requirement for one in his role. At all times Andrew was diligent, knowledgeable, flexible, compassionate and innovative in what proved to be a purchase that could very easily have succumbed to the vagaries unique to our particular circumstances. Whilst we were not his clients directly he provided significant guidance and dealt with unforeseen complexities with grace and good humour. There is no doubt whatsoever that we would not have succeeded in the timescale necessary - and therefore perhaps even at all - had it not been for Andrew's committed endeavours on our behalf and moreover, no doubt, on behalf of his clients - even checking-in whilst on leave to provide insight to his colleagues who superbly perpetuated his vital input in his absence. Wendy helped find us the perfect house in the location we were after. Professional, courteous, and highly efficient throughout the process, making the whole process so much less stressful than it could have been.
