The Frost Partnership - Flackwell Heath

We chose to sell our house with Frost Partnerships Staines after the excellent service my father received during the sale of his house in 2017. All members of the sales team were professional, polite and friendly. They followed their company covid guidelines and ensured any viewers did too. We had particular confidence in Jamie King who was focused on securing the best possible price for our property with reliable buyers. He seemed to have a 6th sense in this regard and was able to identify time wasters. Having not moved house for 35 years he guided us through the process with patience and understanding and always returned our calls in a timely manner. It was a pleasure to deal with him and his team.

Many thanks to Naomi forward of FROST Flackwell heath. After my house being on the market for over 2 years, Naomi always kept positive and never gave up on my house being sold. At times I felt like giving up on the sale, but Naomi always kept the viewings coming, always kept me informed and updated me regularly and kept me going through the tough time. When I did sell I remember Naomi saying to me "I told you we would do it". Many thanks again for your kind, courteous, professional service. Chris Dabrowski

After twenty six years in our family home on Chalfont Heights we decided to put our property on the market. We made the decision to use the Chalfont St Peter branch of the Frost Partnership. The whole team were extremely pro active and professional in every aspect. After 17 viewings in two weeks we agreed a sale. We would like to express our sincere thanks to both Stephen and Anthony who assisted through the whole process with a successful sale.

Mark and Franky at the Beaconsfield branch were very helpful and efficient in the sale of my parents' property. Highly recommended.

Very pleasant experience with my new Tenacy. Staff very helpful and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Thanks for a good job keeping us informed through the various stages of the sale - great work..!

Found a property to rent through Frost. Vicky Lyle helped me through the process as I have never rented before. She was brilliant, incredibly helpful and responsive. I am new to the area and she was able to provide lots of local knowledge. I would most definitely recommend Frost.

We recently completed a sale through Frosts Gerrards Cross, and a purchase through Frosts Chalfont St Peter. We can't speak highly enough about both offices. All staff were helpful and professional throughout and in particular we should mention Matthew Craft and Anthony Prokopiou who both worked so hard to help us achieve our sale and purchase. We had excellent service from Frosts, and would have no hesitation in recommending them. They really did go above and beyond for us and we very grateful.

I was put in to a very difficult position due to current circumstances and decided reluctantly to rent my property. I contacted Laura Woodward at Frost Estate Agents, Staines. Laura and the team have been a delight and have been extremely helpful with the process and I genuinely felt looked after. Laura in particular has been a massive support throughout the process. The service received has been amazing as you can imagine I had many doubts but I was always helped to be able to come to the best conclusion to help me progress with the matter. Great service and I would definitely recommend.

We went into the Chesham branch of The Frost Partnership and were so glad that we did. We met a very very helpful lady called Lorraine who kindly told us so much information about Chesham as we were relocating from miles away. We went to see one of the properties on their books and fell in love with it. We were shown around by Alex who made us feel so at home and was a true pleasure to meet We loved the property and later called to offer on it. The following few days we dealt with Jacqui the branch manager and we can honestly say she truly was a huge help. She got back to us at every stage so quickly and our experience with The Frost partnership at Chesham was truly exceptional
