A big thank you to Naomi from Frosts. We wished we had chosen them to be our estate agents! She was brilliant at managing the chain to get it to completion, if it hadn’t of been for Naomi I think we would still be waiting in our old home!! We would highly recommend them.

I went to market in late November 2025 with a brief for a quick sale, at a good price at a challenging time of year, (Christmas/New Year approaching) and in a price sensitive market. Laura and the wider sales team absolutely delivered. An offer was accepted with 2 weeks of listing and completion occurred early February 2026. Thank you so much for all your hard work. From our initial meeting with Laura, it was clear that her experience and industry knowledge were exceptional. She provided us with very constructive and helpful advice right from the start. The team who carried out the viewings were efficient, friendly, and supportive throughout the process. Ben, who managed the after‑sale progression, kept us fully up to date at every stage and was incredibly persistent in driving the exchange forward to ensure everything was completed as smoothly and quickly as possible. We can't thank Laura and Alex from Frost enough for their incredible help during our recent purchase. Our situation was far from straightforward, with long delays on our end as we waited for our re-mortgage to be finalised before we could exchange. Throughout this incredibly stressful period, Laura and Alex were the definition of professional and compassionate. They were brilliant at keeping their client calm and updated, but more than that, they constantly reassured us and kept our spirits up. Their communication was fantastic and their supportive attitude made all the difference. We genuinely don't think we would have got through it without them.
