The Frost Partnership - Flackwell Heath

The Frost Partnership in Gerrards Cross went above and beyond at every opportunity to make the sale of my property and purchase of my new home a success. A great team, professional and dedicated with particular mention to Sonia and Lizzie. And of course Matthew, who was a total star! A medical condition made viewings particularly difficult during the pandemic but the Frost team approached viewings with such diligence, care, understanding and kindness to make it all possible. Thank you so much.

I recently used Frost's Burnham Lettings for the first time and was very pleased with the service. Wendy Taylor in particular made the whole process easy and straightforward. I'm happy to recommend!

Frost sold my mums home so quickly and achieved a very good price, they were all so professional, friendly and approachable about all our questions especially Gemma the manager, highly recommended

I purchased my home through Frost GX. Matthew Craft is simply the best estate agent I have ever dealt with. He saved the sale of my property which was being sold via another Local estate agent by taking over discussions with a very awkward and difficult buyer. My own estate agent was not able to do this and my buyer walked away but Matthew managed to get him back to purchase my property. Matthew worked until late into the evenings and kept all parties informed at all times. I have never dealt with such a difficult sale and purchase and would like to thank Matthew for keeping me at the table as there were times when I just had enough and wanted to throw in the towel. I realised that when deciding on an estate agent to sell your property you need someone that will do their utmost for your best interests and Matthew certainly does this at all times for his client and even for others in the chain. I will never use another estate agent and regret that I did not use Frost in the first place.

Lizzie has been amazing, she has been very helpful from the begining to the end, she is efficient and professional, she went well above and beyond our expectations. I couldn't ask for more. Very happy with the service and Frost, and we would definitely use them again.

Naomi Forward was the agent who facilitated our purchase of a buy to let and then we engaged her to manage the rental of this and another property. She is very personable and managed the process from beginning to end with superb …

Having had some truly horrendous experiences with estate agents in the past, it was really a relief and pleasure to work with Laura and her team at the Flackwell Heath branch of Frosts who provided a high quality, respectful and friendly …

I can recommend Frosts totally they are friendly and very efficient keeping in touch all the time I can’t praise them enough.

Frost Partnership have been efficient and effective with the recent sale of 2 my properties situated in slough. They have been relaxed with the process, understanding and most importantly honest with the pricing strategy. I would definitely use them again and have no hesitation in recommending to others.
