I have just sold my flat in Bourne End Bucks through Naomi Forward at the Frost Partnership in Flackwell Heath. Naomi was recommended to me through a local friend and boy did she deliver. She listed my flat and started marketing the property on 9th April 25' and she organised a viewing on the 10th. She then proceeded to negotiate with the potential buyer on my behalf and I accepted an offer a week or two later. The whole process went without complications or drama and we completed on the 2nd July. I can thoroughly recommend Naomi and the team at Frosts for their professionalism and tenacity. Buying snd selling properties is often never an easy journey but they made the whole process a stress free and streamlined experience - which is rare and commendable.

We mainly dealt with Naomi who was an absolute star and was always able to help , the estate agent we used to sell our property was a huge disappointment and Naomi was always there to help push them as well . I had an amazing experience buying my first property, and that’s largely thanks to Denise from the Windsor branch. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient - which made the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming. She showed us the property multiple times without any hesitation and was always happy to answer questions or offer advice. Even after the offer was accepted, Denise stayed really involved and proactive. She chased solicitors and the seller regularly, which helped to speed things up significantly - something I really appreciated as a first-time buyer unfamiliar with the process. Her communication throughout the whole thing was excellent. She kept me updated every step of the way and was always quick to respond, even outside of normal working hours. What really stood out was how much she genuinely cared. At one point, she even went as far as contacting a neighbour to help me find the gas meters at the new place - something that wasn’t really her responsibility, but she did it without hesitation. I honestly can’t thank Denise enough for all her help. She made a stressful process so much smoother and more manageable. I’d highly recommend her and The Frost Partnership to anyone looking to buy a home.
