I feel like from the moment my property went on the market I was forgotten about. It's not the most amazing property but 4 viewings in 6 months is very poor especially when other properties the same are being sold around it. I don't feel like anyone in the office is even interested and I've ended up finding my own buyer which is good because they have done nothing to earn their fee.
Shockingly bad customer care, terrible communication and liaison skills, as soon as the paperwork is signed you seem to be left in the dark chasing up information and not being told when the other buyers drop out !! I Would never use watts again very disappointed I had people knocking at my door saying that watts never got back to them about a viewing!!! And they take a percentage for this disgusting service!!
An Incredibly disgraceful experience obtained from this office, largely due to the lack of commitment and continuous misleading information shown by the colleagues. Lacked basic manners and respect towards customers, and specifically preferential treatment shown to other customers with no good excuse, which probably suggests discrimination. Extremely bad service, should be ashamed.
