We were over the moon with the service we recieved from Robert Watts. We have delt with both the rental and sales side and cannot fault either. Gill on the rental side was brilliant, she always kept us in the loop with things and would deal with our any issues we had. She was always super friendly and really professional. I have to say the team at Robert Watts were brilliant in helping us complete the sale of our property!! We had a very long and difficult legal process to complete the sale and purchase of our new home which Robert Watts really tried to do everything they could in communicating with the solicitors for each party to achieve a successful completion. I must give a special mention to Clare who took countless calls from myself and responded to my emails with a real genuine effort to help whenever she could even if I may have been pestering for updates on a regular basis.
