Absolutely brilliant!! Chloe and Paige both were great and professional, right on time for every viewing. However, the exchange of contracts took longer than we expected. Also, after accepting the offer, the buyer wasn't able to arrange for the finances - entirely a fault of their own. Once we decided that we wouldn't go with that buyer, Frost then quickly put the property on the market and found a new buyer which all went well. Throughout the selling process, Jamie was quite helpful and his knowledge of the property market is second to none. They were professional, efficient and responsive from day 1 of marketing my property right through to completion on the purchase. We appointed The Frost Partnership in Feltham to market our house in lower Feltham. Jamie and his team were at all times professional, with excellent local knowledge. Our first contact was with Jamie Berryman the manager who provided us with a market assessment and valuation which was agreed. As a result of this we appointed Feltham Frost Partnership to market our property, this started by creating a video of the property as well as excellent quality photographs. The property went on the market within a couple of days and within the first 4 days there had been a number of viewings managed by Jamie and his excellent team, namely Chloe, Paige and Hannah. They accompanied all viewings and within a week we had offers to consider. Jamie and his team managed to process extremely well on our behalf up to completion. During the latter stages we also met and appreciated the expert assistance of Andy Thompson, one of the Sales Managers at Frost.
