My husband and I bought our property through Frosts (Feltham office) a few years ago. All the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and very efficient from day one through to the day we actually got the keys to our new home. We were so happy with our experience with Frost that we wanted to use their property letting services too. Again, we received an excellent service and all the staff were great, but I’d like to convey my thanks in particular to Sebastian who is always there just a phone call away and always ready and willing to help us with any of our letting queries and questions. I let my flat through Frost in Staines. Rob Kimber was fantastic, he kept me informed every step of the way. Everything went smoothly for me because Rob dealt with any minor issues promptly and always seemed one step ahead. When he transfered to the Feltham branch he continued to monitor things until the tenant moved in, great service! I have also been very happy with the new lettings team at Staines and would happily use them for future lets.

A Superb Lettings Agent.

I've been letting a property with The Frost Partnership in Feltham for over five years now and strongly recommend them to other Landlords, as I continue to be very impressed with their level of professionalism and service received. Within the first few minutes of meeting Sebastian, (Lettings Manager), it was clear I was talking with a highly knowledgeable and competent person; I knew that I need look no further, he had give me all the information I needed. A suitable tenant was then quickly found and all necessary referencing and documentation completed promptly. Sine letting commenced, all members of staff have been polite and helpful and I've always been given sound advice; any issues raised by Tenants have been resolved to our mutual satisfaction. The continued success of this letting is important to me and I have peace of mind knowing that my property is in safe hands with these people.

Recently let Flat in Feltham, through The Frost Partnership - and service cant get better! It was let in one day and then everything was handled by them, including minor repairs, stopcock change, decorations and final clean ready for occupation..
