Excellent! Buying and selling can be a stressful time but having agents who are competent, confident and get things done when they say they'll be done, definitely helps alleviate the stress. My main contact was with Kate Clapham. Kate doesn't waste time she gets things done swiftly and efficiently in a personable manner that I found both calming and reassuring. From the initial viewing with Kate to picking up the keys on completion day, the whole process was a breeze.
