Easily the best estate agents I have ever encountered. They drive the process all the way through - they are proactive. So many other estate agents are at best responsive and at worst not responsive. In a particularly difficult chain, Lara chased all members of the chain very regularly to ensure the process was expedited as swiftly as possible. They earnt their money. I strongly recommend them.

I sent a website enquiry and was contacted literally immediately and an appointment made the next day. The following morning I had the energy survey done, a walk through video and all details and photographs taken. One day later the viewings commenced ... after 3 days of viewings, which were all hosted by Lara, I had several full price offers. Lara personally checked every offer out thoroughly establishing who had a chain and what positions everyone was in. This was all 4 days before Christmas during a pandemic.
