Burns and Webber aren’t like the other estate agents I’ve dealt with around Farnham. They’re polite, prompt, honest and do what they say they will. This is unusual in my experience. I was particularly anxious about selling my home and as such, had a lot of questions. It was never any trouble. They sold it within 5-6 weeks and supported the whole process after sale. Laura is the stand out, just lovely to deal with at every stage but Martin, Kate, Charlie, Lou and Amelia were all lovely and helpful too. If you’re not normally too keen on dealing with estate agents, I’d give these guys a try.

Burns & Webber Farnham are an absolute pleasure to deal with! From our initial meeting with Martin to the completion of our sale we knew we were in good hands. Kate and Martin were both extremely professional at all times but unfortunately for us the process didn’t come without its hitches as the bottom of the chain fell through twice. In despair and under immense pressure Millie Yeomans took over the reigns and I cannot the sing this woman’s praises enough! Every day she was on the case, following up and updating us every step of the way till we finally reached completion. Burns and Webber have recently sold two properties of mine and they were excellent from start to finish .. they did what they said they were going to do and were transparent and honest in their valuations.. Edward handled the chain of properties in the sale superbly as did the other staff at the office in Farnham, Laura, Kate and Martin.

Always friendly, polite and knowledgeable. She was in constant contact with us the whole way through giving us updates. If we called to ask a question she would always chase it up and find out for us. She would get back to us quickly and if she wasn't in the office, the other team members were also really friendly and helpful and Kate would always contact as once she was back in. We were never left wondering what was happening or who to ask. We felt really looked after and I have recommended Kate to my friends who wish to move. I can't fault them. Great service! Thank you!
