First impressions were created when Katherine Donegan (who turned out to be our agent) showed much initiative in contacting me personally via phone overseas when I sent a brief email needing some questions and answers needed. No other local agency responded like this ! We had very limited time within which to source a rental home and thankfully both the agent and property were very much to our liking. Other advisers warned us to look elsewhere, but Samantha did not shirk the extra work. She and Marie kept us fully informed throughout the process and reassured us when we were losing patience.. Fantastic experience throughout

Charters were absolutely excellent from the beginning to the end of our home sale. We were impressed with their customer focused service, they kept us informed throughout, feedback was always given and the viewings were handled with professionalism and most importantly with enthusiasm. Jonny was a pleasure to deal with, easy to talk to, professional but friendly. He always gave timely feedback and offered plenty of advice and we always felt that our custom was important. We never felt hurried and questions were always answered fully and frankly. I would highly recommend Charters and Jonny as a shining example of how an Estate Agent should treat their customers.

We had been looking to purchase a property for some time. We met Hayley at the property we have now purchased and not only did she have all the knowledge about the property and was able to answer all our questions, she also had extensive knowledge of the area as a whole. She is very down to earth and a pleasure to deal with. Throughout the entire process she was very active and it always felt as though she was pushing everything on ( ie. Pushing solicitors to get their issues sorted out etc etc). When the time comes to sell our property, she will be the first person I will seek out to sell it on our behalf. The extra mile

Hayley was the vendor's agent for a house that we were ultimately unsuccessful in securing. The sale actually fell through because Hayley's client was a particularly difficult individual which made the whole process quite stressful. Nevertheless, Hayley showed us a lot of kindness and truly went the extra mile to try and resolve the difficulties caused by her client. Hayley was meticulous about following up and always delivered on her promises. She took the time to understand our requirements and did not bombard us with endless unsuitable properties. If we were ever to sell our house in the future, I would not hesitate in engaging Hayley. She is a consummate professional who takes the time to understand the needs of everyone involved in the transaction and reliably delivers on her promises with a healthy dose of humour when things get really stressful.
