Being a first time buyer, we didn't know what to expect. The property we found was being sold through Charters and dealt with by Tim. Throughout the whole process we were kept up to date by Tim, helped with any queries and questions (of which i was always responded to extremely quickly) and overall made the whole experience of buying a house enjoyable and stress free! If we ever decided we need to sell (hopefully not too soon) i would definitely use Charters!
