At the start they were really good, however as time went on it appeared that at times the communication between the staff was not great. More the man in sales, didn’t appear to know details came across at times as quite pushy . Esp when we had done everything they requested! We did have to do a lot of chasing for information at times as well.

Hope this feedback will help other buyers. We wanted to put offer for one of propertie and given all our personal details with financial avidance. However, one of manager didn't bother to reply us back after week. We have to contact the office and find out that, the property has been accepted offer from others buyer. Personally I feel unprofessional and lack of customer service. Not a good experience.

I recently experienced significant delays during a property viewing arranged with your agency, which extended over an hour beyond the scheduled time. While I recognize that such delays can occur, especially during the busy Christmas season, my concern lies in the follow-up process. After expressing interest in the house and submitting an offer, I have consistently followed up for a response. Despite assurances of a callback, I have yet to receive any communication from your team. This lack of follow-through has rendered my initial viewing experience, which I had invested considerable time in, rather futile. Timely and effective communication is crucial in such transactions, and I hope this feedback helps improve your service for future clients.

Very poor and unprofessional service. Me and my husband sent numerous emails and made numerous phone calls in regards to a property we were interested in viewing through the Farnham Common branch, lettings department. Over the phone we kept being told we will be contacted asap, today or tomorrow. Had absolutely no communication back from them. Definitely will not be contacting them again or recommending them!!

Very poor and unprofessional service. Me and my husband sent numerous emails and made numerous phone calls in regards to a property we were interested in viewing in high wycombe through the Farnham Common branch, lettings department by Jenny Hall! No further communication. Lack of professionalism and etiquettes, i have furthered the complaints to a director who has seemingly done nothing. We will no longer be recomming HKL for further friends and family. Very unprofessional company!

AVOID!!!!! This letting agent entered our property without permission to conduct a viewing whilst my partner who was teaching children over zoom during the pandemic was online. This caused us extreme stress and endangered her key worker status. They were absent and negligent through the entire letting process and were only interested in anything when it was connected to their commission. Totally unprofessional and rude.NegativeProfessionalism

We went there a few times before lockdown, always seem understaffed. Lady early 50's (Jan?) we sadly had to deal with, apparently a director, never there, part time she said, didn't know what she was doing. We gave up
