Hope this feedback will help other buyers. We wanted to put offer for one of propertie and given all our personal details with financial avidance. However, one of manager didn't bother to reply us back after week. We have to contact the office and find out that, the property has been accepted offer from others buyer. Personally I feel unprofessional and lack of customer service. Not a good experience.
