Following a small incident (a small fire!) with the washing machine, Louise from RJ swiftly informed me what had happened, got on to the manufacturer (nearly new machine!) and arranged to get the whole situation sorted, a new machine installed and everyone back to normal. I am always impressed with the service I get from Richard James and would recommend them to anyone considering using them to manage property rental (I recommended them to my brother who also has a rental property and they have been looking after both our properties for some years now very efficiently). We had an Inspection from Sarah Taylor, a lettings negotiator. She was very friendly and also accommodating to our needs in regards to our apartment. She was able to answer all our questions and was in no rush to inspect and hurry out the door. She was also used PPE and kept at a distance to ensure COVID-19 guidelines were adhered to.
