As a landlord with them for 7 years the service in all departments has been excellent. The people I had dealings with on the most regular basis have been Joe & Whitney, always both very courteous & professional. Also the thanks to the accounts department who were always ready with replacement rent statements for the ones I had misplaced at tax return time.

We were looking for a family home to rent and had a couple of special requests. Georgina Mepham was always keen to help, returned phone calls quickly and sorted out issues. My only suggestion would be to improve communication between staff members as we had to answer the same question to different people a couple of times. Would gladly recommend contacting Richard James to let a property.
