We had an Inspection from Sarah Taylor, a lettings negotiator. She was very friendly and also accommodating to our needs in regards to our apartment. She was able to answer all our questions and was in no rush to inspect and hurry out the door. She was also used PPE and kept at a distance to ensure COVID-19 guidelines were adhered to. In general, all the Richard James staff are a great team and would always recommend them.
