We have just rented a property in Royal Wootton Bassett from Richard James and I have to say the customer service from start to finish has been impeccable. Jessica West has guided us through the process and made what can be a quite stressful time an absolute pleasure. We haven’t had to chase as Jessica has always called us when she said she would. Communication has been fantastic. We only saw and made an offer on the property one week ago. referencing was completed in a few days and the contracts were sent to us yesterday. Very happy with the service provided and would definitely recommend Richard James to friends and family.
