Perry Bishop - Faringdon

Perry Bishop and Chambers Faringdon Branch recently sold my mother's flat. They priced it correctly, sold it quickly for a better than expected figure and the sale progressed efficiently and professionally to a quick exchange and completion of contracts. Thank you Michelle for seeing it through.

Amazingly sensitive handling in a divorce related house sale helped get sluggish solicitor moving and gave a decent market value when other agents fees were higher and their acuity lower. They really know the market but are people people. Not your average estate agents. Michelle especially walked the extra mile

Great service from valuation advice through viewings, offer and progress to completion - all in under 8 weeks.

I bought with Perry Bishop and I they would be my first choice if I decided to sell. Michelle and the team are very thorough and kept me up to date with the latest information.

A great estate agency that were helpful and professional. Always provided very good advice and listen to requirements then send out good houses to view. Thank you for the great service.
