We wanted to write this review for Michelle. When we put our flat on the market last year we received an offer very quickly thanks to Harriet and the excellent Perry Bishop staff. This was a great start and with no chain on either side we expected a relatively quick and smooth process. In fact, it was long and protracted and quite different to when we bought the flat some fifteen years ago (then the whole process took ca. 6 weeks!). As weeks turned into months and we were still seemingly no nearer completion, we were ready to ‘call it a day’ and take the property off the market. Without Michelle, I think this would have been the case. It was Michelle’s persistence, together with her understanding of the situation and ability to liaise effectively between all parties that, some 21 weeks later, we finally concluded the sale.
