I have used Martin's in Exeter for my property management for 10 years and am really happy with their service - a much better service than an agent I used previously. They communicate well and deal promptly and efficiently with any repairs. I have been particularly impressed with the service I have received from Maggie who has dealt with all the maintenance issues. Martin's also alert me in very good time when tenancy renewals are due.

The staff have made the letting process very simple and easy and as a student they have been really helpful with any questions me and my group had. We feel assured that they have our best interest and will continue to help us throughout the journey to the next academic year. Would definitely let with with them again!
