Immediately on taking over management they suggested that we put the rent up, which they believed was behind market values, leading to a fantastic increase in yield. Their management has been responsive and they have worked hard to ensure that both we and the tenants are kept informed of the progress of any works. When we decided to sell it was a no-brainer for us to use them for this too. The quality of the listing was excellent and they quickly secured us a buyer for an excellent price. Chris and his team are lovely people to deal with and I would highly recommend them.

It’s glad to meet Alice and Emy from Martin and Co Exeter. We successfully rent a house in Exeter within a month. Their response and help impressed me a lot. I’m now living in the house for 2 weeks. Except some billing issues and the grassless backyard are still on hold, the equipment and facilities are good at all. I wish they can keep caring their tenants in the future.
