We used Martin and Co to sell our grandmothers house. Couldn't fault their professional approach and tenacity in chasing down problems. They really had to work for their money with a very difficult buyer that pulled out eventually as predicted. . The buyer was also happy i believe and kept informed along the way. It is nice to find a company that does what it says it would.
