The best letting agency in the UK as far as I am concerned. I am used to agencies taking weeks for “reference checks” and having to hassle them for updates but to my surprise, within two days from viewing to reference checks, I had an agreement. They also use a really great and reliable agency for checks. Their staff are so nice too. I had a real feeling of support. Shout out to Chris who promised to let me know if they had suitable properties ( and he did), Duncan (the nicest man) and Emy ( so patient). And of course all the team who I spoke to on phone and those working behind the scenes. I will be sure to spread the word to new friends and acquaintances alike as soon as I am settled in.
