We worked with Alice who, over a number of months helped us find our home. She was calm, honest and always came back to us in a prompt manner - I honestly couldn't have asked for more when house purchasing can be so stressful. I would recommend Alice to anyone who is looking to buy a home.

100% would recommended Curchods, a real change compared to the Dozens of other estate agents I dealt with when trying to find a new flat. Peter sent over the video of the flat within 1 day of asking as we couldn’t come and view it. Laura has been fantastic throughout with the move and documents. They don’t just ignore you after you have moved in, constant checking in and helping with bills set up and everything you could wish for. Georgina also super fast at replying and helping with questions. A 5* experience, would give more if possible! 100% suggest using Curchods. Best in the area for sure. Thank you all for your help 🙏

A wonderful service from beginning to end and from the end to the continuing. We are very grateful as a family for the attention, professionalism, courtesy and efficiency of Matthew Knight and Shoeni Oates and their team at Curchods. Everything was clear. Communication could not be faulted. The result is that we are happy, our tenant is happy, and we are looking forward to evolving our relationship with Shoeni and her team.
