We recently completed on a purchase of a property through Curchods and dealt with Matt and Joe who were both excellent. Responsive, transparent and did their utmost to ensure a smooth and successful transaction. The complete opposite experience we suffered dealing with a local Thames ditton estate agent earlier in the year who were appalling! If we were ever to sell the property, we would use Curchods without hesitation.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
Buying a house during a pandemic is always going to present a series of challenges. However, from first viewing through to picking up the keys we found Curchods Esher very easy and efficient to deal with. Joe Dewar was reactive and reassuring throughout the process and whether representing the seller or dealing with our queries and requests, he was courteous throughout and acted with a calm professionalism. Nothing was a drama, even when complications arose. Joe is ably backed up by the team in the office who share the same approach and all keep up to speed with the progress on each client’s sale. The team is well connected across the business, so their advice is invaluable. Our huge thanks go to everyone in the Esher office, we are very happy in our new home. Pandemic or no pandemic, we can thoroughly recommend Curchods Esher to anyone thinking of selling or buying a house.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We were very pleased by the service of Curchods in Esher. Initially we spoke to several agents regarding our sale; our choice turned out to be a good one. From the first on-line posting to having three offers was 11 days, then offer to completion was 4 months. In all we had almost 20 viewings, including second visits. We were impressed by the interest they were able to generate and the efficiency with which they handled the viewings diary. They were sympathetic to us having to leave the house for each viewing (because of CV19), managing to bundle appointments together to minimise disruption. Special shout out to Joe, whose valuation turned out to be just right; Marc, Gillian and NIcki who did a great job showing the house to potential purchasers and to Matt , backed up by Reece who worked hard once the offer was made to see the deal through to completion. All very personable and professional. We would definiately recommend Curchods based on the service we received.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
Earlier this year we sold and bought with Curchods and they were brilliant! Everyone in the office was eager to assist with any queries we had and would always be professional and courteous. A great agency to deal with and would happily recommend.PositiveProfessionalism
I have bought a house (7 years ago) and recently sold a house through Curchods and found them capable, efficient and transparent during both transactions. Joe, Matt and the team are extremely professional and knowledgeable, but what I really appreciated was that they offer their expert guidance and support in such a lovely manner that the whole process feels less stressful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services and would look to use them again where possible.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
I have dealt with Curchods on a number of occasions and can honestly say they are the best estate agents in my experience. They go above and beyond, offering a highly professional service. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. They take all the stress out of the process. Particular praise should be given to Gillian who has been my main contact at the branch and a real source of help.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
