Do not use this estate agent. I was with the Bolton branch, they did well to get volume of viewers however many were not in the market to offer anywhere near the asking price. Mainly however we heard from our viewers that they were not able to contact the estate agent to book a viewing in. Many said they waited weeks. Further to this, when we had viewings they did not follow up, they only did their jobs when we rang up and asked for feedback which prompted them to reach out and gather feedback. When they conducted viewings they did not show every room in our house so didn’t try to sell the property. Buyers were actively asking for our number as they did not want to deal with the estate agents. We even had an offer which we knew about from email, no one from the estate agent followed up to see if we accepted. We had to ring them. Our concerns were voiced numerous times and nothing changed. We needed a quick sale to proceed as we had a property in mind, this did not happen due to their level of service and we have had to take our house off the market. They will sign you up very quickly and smoothly, then their service drops. Avoid this estate agents.

I just received a poorly designed "Life Magazine" from Sawyer and Co without ever having signed up for their newsletter. The unsubscribe link doesn't seem to be working, very conveniently for them.

Amateurish

Rude. Incompetent. Lazy. Unreliable. Terrible property management. You have to contact them several times to get a response, and then they'll send a handyman out to take a picture and never return. The only part of managing a property you can trust them with is taking the rent - they don't expect to actually have to do any work for it.

I had a very disappointing experience with [Letting Hawkesford Leamington spa]. I inquired about viewing a 2-bedroom apartment as soon as it was listed, but received no response. The following day, when I called to follow up, I was told that all viewing slots were full. Despite explaining that I’m a strong candidate—no pets, no children, non-smoker, with permanent full-time employment—the staff member rudely refused to take my details in case of any cancellations. It was clear that this was simply because I’m not British or European. As someone serious about moving with excellent situation, I expected better communication and respect. Instead, I encountered rude behavior and clear discrimination, which is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to consider other agencies that treat all potential tenants with fairness and professionalism
