From valuation, to viewings, negotiation, progression, exchange and completion of the sale of my Mother-in-Law's Hinchley Wood home - every step of the way they have been excellent! Matt, Lisa and Rhys, Ben, Gillian, Cody and Debra are a great team and despite a few challenges along the way have exceeded our expectations - professional, personable and honest. A massive thank you to Cody Paling at the Curchods branch in Esher. From start to finish, Cody was absolutely outstanding in her efforts to help my wife and me with the purchase of a property. She is extremely approachable, very knowledgeable, thorough with her attention to detail and has such a lovely manner. She was really exceptional in all our dealings with her - I don't have enough glowing adjectives to do her justice. Thanks to Rhys as well for stepping in when Cody was away- he was very efficient.
