Stevenette & Company - Epping

Stevenette and Company have been managing the letting of my property over the past year and I must say I have been very pleased with the overall service. I have never let out a property before and I was most definitely lacking experience. During some challenging times, their knowledge and advice was invaluable. I was very pleased with the advert and their guidance on a realistic rental value which meant that we had interest from the get go and were able to fill it very quickly. The team were always friendly and efficient and when the property suffered a leak they were quickly able to arrange a same day plumber (on a Saturday) and I was pleased with the work carried out. Payments were always received on time and I felt more secure and in control knowing they were managing it. Always best to go independent!!
