We have let our flat with Ellis since 1998. Richard and his staff have always been helpful and we have had very few periods of vacancy. Our current tenant has been resident since 2012.

Excellent. Very efficient and friendly. Willing to go the extra mile. I like the fact that the people in the Enfield office are the ones who actually go out and conduct the property inspections, and write the reports. I know that my properties are in safe hands. They also use local tradesmen whom they have a long established relationship with. Nadia has been extremely helpful, and even offered to meet me at one property on her day off, as I live a long way away and she wanted to help me. She also provided me with reliable local contacts who have refurbished one of my properties to a high standard in a turnaround of two weeks. All paperwork such as contracts, terms of business etc are dealt with swiftly and efficiently. I am very happy with the service that I have received so far and would recommend them.
