Super efficient service .....as always
Platinum Properties has grown hugely since we first started working together but I still feel like their only client! They think of everything, are super organised and efficient, and have swiftly resolved several identified issues between tenancies with almost zero involvement from me. And as always, great support from Alycia, Jade and the rest of the team.

Outstanding in every way
I am so impressed with Platinum Properties. Maria and Alycia have gone out of their way to ensure everything runs perfectly for me. They took away all the stress and worry as I am 100% confident leaving my house to be fully managed by them. Excellent management of a rental property
This agency dealt with the aftermath and termination of a tenancy and the restoration of the flat to a rentable standard from the pitiful state in which it had been left and then found and vetted a new tenant to my grateful satisfaction. I highly recommend Platinum Properties as trustworthy and efficient, as well as courteous agents.

Professional, friendly, and thorough
I have been on both ends of Platinum's service (both tenant and landlord), and can honestly say that they were a pleasure to deal with. No stone is left unturned. Also, I think the branding is fantastic - the signs look very striking. I have spoken at length to Maria, Tanya and Alycia and find them friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. - And NO, I am not related or a friend to any of them (nor on commission)
