Competent, Proactive and Really Pleasant to do Business With
Online estate agencies may be the flavour of the day for some but nothing comes close to the market knowledge, negotiating expertise and professionalism I have found again when dealing face to face a second time with David Clark and his fantastic team in Ely. Their experience, proactivity and superb communication skills are exemplary and really helped me through a complex sale and purchase that I don't believe either could have been delivered successfully by a faceless on line alternative. If you are looking for the very best in established estate agents the local market who really know their stuff but aren't smug about it, who go more than the extra mile for their clients, selling or buying and who are genuine, no nonsense nice people, nothing comes close to David Clarke and his lovely team.

Excellent service
We like to use local companies and we were not disappointed, David Clark offered a very bespoke and personal service from the start. Our property was marketed at a realistic selling price and we received 2 offers on the first day it went on the market! Both Barbara and Aimee were professional, courteous and helpful and made the selling process a pleasure. We would highly recommend using David Clark if you are selling your home in the Ely area.

Couldn't ask for more
Estate agents generally get a bad press. David Clark and Co .must be the exception to the rule. I dealt with them as a buyer, when they impressed me.. As a result of that I decided to market my property with them when it came to selling.. Their, sensible advice, attention to detail, professional and friendly customer service can't be faulted. I would highly recommend them..

Restored my faith in Estate Agents
From start to finish of our experience over the last three and a half years of working with David Clark & Co we have receieved courteous, straightforward, informed, efficient service with a sense of humour delivered to us every time we have been in contact with any member of their team. And I name them as a team as the sense is that everyone is well informed about all the properties that they are managing. From the first viewing of the flat when David allowed us the space to make our own decision and yet also gave us information that we asked for and did not push us at all, through managing our tenants, to the amazing way that the property was sold for a much higher price than we had anticipated, the experience has been be excellent. I cannot but highly recommend this company who have restored my faith in Estate Agents. Thank you everyone at David Clark & Co.

How to be a client friendly Estate Agent.
From our very first contact with David Clark & Co over three and half years ago, until we completed on the sale of our flat yesterday we have received courteous, informative, non pushy, efficient, well measured information, service and guidance from David and every member of his team. They behave as a team and all seem to be well informed about what is happening with the properties they deal with, I could not rate them more highly and dealing with them has restored my faith in Estate Agents. I have one down side to comment on which is that I was not informed of the percentage of the sale that I would be charged by them. I would have no hesitation in recommending David Clark & Co with regard to buying, selling and letting of a property. Thank you!

Above and beyond
David Clark handled the sale of our property in a very professional manner. The staff always responded to any queries or issues promptly and courteously. During the course of the sale, several complicated issues arose. Thankfully, their knowledge of the area and extensive network of contacts meant that these were all dealt with speedily and comprehensively.

Beyond the sale of duty!
Just to say that our sale of our house was not a easy venture as it had more twists and turns than a corkscrew. But during the whole process the Staff at David Clark worked with us, for us and even out of hours! We would certainly recommend them!
