Online estate agencies may be the flavour of the day for some but nothing comes close to the market knowledge, negotiating expertise and professionalism I have found again when dealing face to face a second time with David Clark and his fantastic team in Ely. Their experience, proactivity and superb communication skills are exemplary and really helped me through a complex sale and purchase that I don't believe either could have been delivered successfully by a faceless on line alternative. Estate agents generally get a bad press. David Clark and Co .must be the exception to the rule. I dealt with them as a buyer, when they impressed me.. From our very first contact with David Clark & Co over three and half years ago, until we completed on the sale of our flat yesterday we have received courteous, informative, non pushy, efficient, well measured information, service and guidance from David and every member of his team. They behave as a team and all seem to be well informed about what is happening with the properties they deal with, I could not rate them more highly and dealing with them has restored my faith in Estate Agents. I have one down side to comment on which is that I was not informed of the percentage of the sale that I would be charged by them. David Clark handled the sale of our property in a very professional manner. The staff always responded to any queries or issues promptly and courteously. During the course of the sale, several complicated issues arose. Thankfully, their knowledge of the area and extensive network of contacts meant that these were all dealt with speedily and comprehensively.
Just to say that our sale of our house was not a easy venture as it had more twists and turns than a corkscrew. But during the whole process the Staff at David Clark worked with us, for us and even out of hours! We would certainly recommend them!
